Elisabeth Ann Wilson, age 61, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord on Sunday, December 30th, 2018 at her home in Warrenton, Virginia. She was born in London, Ontario, Canada on February 12th, 1957, daughter of Harry Graham Peters and the late Catherine Florence Bodenham Peters. In addition to her father, Lis is survived her husband, Bob Wilson; four children, Ben Wilson and his wife, Katie of Virginia Beach, VA, Becky Hempel and her husband, Dave of Burke, VA, Jordan Wilson and his wife, Shelby of Warrenton, VA and Matthew Wilson & his wife, Taylor of Mountain House, CA; two sisters, Ruth Warren and her husband, Steve of Huntsville, Ontario, Canada and Carolyn Lawson and her husband, Dan of McKinney, TX; and eleven grandchildren; Caroline, Charlotte, Catherine, Jack, Elise, Davey, Grant, Lindley, Danny, Callum and Jackson.

Lis will be remembered for her joy in living, fervency in prayer, scripture memorization and trust in the promises of the Lord Jesus Christ. “He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler” – Psalm 91:4 ESV. The family will receive friends at Moser funeral home, 233 Broadview Ave.

, Warrenton, VA from 6 to 8 pm on Friday, January 4th, 2018. A funeral service will be held at the same location on Saturday, January 5th at 2 pm. Interment following at Brightview cemetery.
