Obituary for Mrs. Elizabeth “Betty” Barker Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Anastacia Drozdowski “Betty” Barker, 76, who died peacefully on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, will be held at 3 o’clock on Saturday, October 6, 2018, in Cedar Creek Baptist Church, Bishopville, SC. The Rev. B. R. Wallace will officiate with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to Cedar Creek Baptist Church, 2980 Camden Highway, Bishopville, SC 29010.

Mrs. Barker was a daughter of the late Edward and Louella Gauthier Drozdowski. She was an avid fan of television game shows and had a love for knitting and crochet. She loved to make things: ceramic porcelain dolls with crochet and knitted clothing.

She loved to travel and she enjoyed the years she traveled with her husband while he was on active duty in the United States Air Force. She loved her church and her church family, and she was always ready to lend a helping hand, but most of all — she loved her family. She is survived by her loving husband, CMSGT/Ret.

Barker of Bishopville, SC; daughters, Gail (Keith) Kirven of Bishopville, SC, Sharon (Tom) Crews of Concord, NC; sisters-in-law, Winky (Bob) New of Sidney, OH, Kay (Dave) Sphar of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Diana Drozdowski of Weirsdale, FL; granddaughter, Morgan Kirven of Bishopville, SC; several loving nieces and nephews.
