Elizabeth J. Dorsey “Betty” passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Prince George’s County Hospital in Cheverly, MD. She was 86. Betty was born on July 13, 1932 in Forest Glen, Maryland and was the daughter of the late John Peyton Belt and Irene Jeanette (nee Wilson) Belt.

Betty is survived by her loving children; Debra Irene King ( Robert) of Olney, MD and Christopher D. Dorsey (Reschia) of Laurel, MD; devoted sister, Virginia L. Griffis of Brunswick, MD; beloved dog, Mattie. Betty is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Irene Wray and Anna Kay Oswinkle. All services are private.
