OBITUARY Elizabeth J Loy September 5, 1934 – October 8, 2018 Mrs. Elizabeth J. “Sissy” Loy (Comer), 84, passed away unexpectedly in Winchester Medical Center on Monday October 8, 2018. She was born on September 5, 1934 in Martinsburg, West Virginia and was the daughter of Edward and Mary Comer. Elizabeth was a graduate of Martinsburg High School.

She loved arts, crafts, and being with her family and friends. She will be missed and was loved by many. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Kathy Bell and husband Ronald of Stephenson, VA; sisters: Elsie Comer and Phyllis Easterday of Martinsburg and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond E. Loy; two sisters: Louise Comer and Betty Comer; brothers: Charles “Red” Comer of Martinsburg, Calvin Comer of Martinsburg, Earnest Harden of Winchester, VA, and Wayne Comer of Winchester, VA. At Sissy’s request there will be no services.
