OBITUARY Ellen Gertrude McPeters May 23, 1933 – November 10, 2018 Ellen Gertrude McPeters, 85, of San Angelo TX, passed away on November 10, 2018. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 23, 1933. Ellen graduated from St. Hubert’s Catholic High School in Philadelphia in 1951.

She married Donald Gray McPeters on February 23, 1957. Ellen was a homemaker all of her married life, and her passions included volunteer work at her church, serving meals to the homeless, and watching old westerns on TV. She is survived by sons Donald (Jennifer) McPeters of Pineville LA, Michael (Valerie) McPeters of Frankfort NY; grandchildren Christopher (Emily) McPeters, Andrew (Stacey) McPeters, Janette (Ethan) Davila, Rachel (Mark) Mathy, and Jenny Lyn Byrd; and nine great grandchildren.

Ellen was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Donald, who passed away January 2, 2018. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lena Baehrle, and her brother, Edward Baehrle. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, November 17, at Holy Angels Catholic Church in San Angelo, TX.
