Binghamton – Elsie M. Lynch, 95, went to be with her Lord January 6, 2018 at St. Louise Manor. She was predeceased by her husband Everett Lynch in 1984 and her sister Ruth Donnan. Elsie is survived by her brother and sister Donald (Myrna) Bickhart and Betty Starkweather, her step-children; Louise Johns, William Lynch (Mary) , Suellen Halliday and Bryant (Mike) Lynch (Linda), and many beloved grandchildren,great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Elsie graduated from Hartwick College, Class of 1944 after which she began her career in Medical Technology. She was the Assistant Lab Director at Binghamton General Hospital, retiring after 46 years of service. She then worked at Burger King on Front St. for over 20 years, retiring in 2011.

Since 1937 Elsie was a dedicated member of the Immanuel Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Deacon and Elder and also was active in Christian Education programming. Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home, 483 Chenango St. Binghamton. Rev.

Janet Abel will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00-12:00 noon. Burial will be private in Wethersfield Village Cemetery, Wethersfield, CT.
