Elva Rummans, age 93, Lowell, Arkansas (and a former resident of Bondurant, Iowa) passed away peacefully Friday morning, March 1, 2019 at the Shilo Nursing and Rehabilitation in Springdale, Arkansas where she has most recently resided. Elva is the loving wife of Lee Rummans of Lowell, AR; and mother to Bruce (Linda) Rummans of Dallas, TX, Marcia (Ken) Schlomer of Norwalk, IA, and Chris (Debra) Rummans of Waterloo, IA.
