Obituary for Ms. Emily Kay Ayers Ms. Emily Kay Ayers, 62, of Wingo, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at her home. Ms. Ayers was born May 3, 1955 in Fulton, KY to the late Chester and Mary Collins Cox. She was a member of Priorsburg Independent Bible Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Ayers was preceded in death by her husband, Max Ayers Sr.; two sisters, Barbara James and Susie Cox. Survivors include two sons, Michael J. Ayers (Debbie) of Wingo and Max J. Ayers (LaDonna) of Mayfield; two daughters, Cheryl Vanness (Mark) of Wingo and Mary Black (Kevin) of Farmington; two brothers, Glen Cox (Clara) and Kenneth Cox of Mayfield; two sisters, Joyce Roy (Ronnie) and Linda Perry of Mayfield along with 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. No services are scheduled at this time.
