Obituary of Eric Schramm Eric A. Schramm Eric A. Schramm, 61 of Rochester, NY passed away August 30, 2018 in his home with family at his side. Eric was born December 20, 1956 in Rochester to Herbert and Helen Schramm. After graduating from Greece Olympia High School, he went on to work as a model maker at Rochester Products/General Motors.

While there, he was also part of the Haz-Mat team until he retired in 2007. Eric was actively involved in his local community and volunteered for the following organizations; Barnard Fire Department, North Greece Fire Department, Town of Greece Auxiliary Police Department, Greece Volunteer Ambulance, and North Greece Fire Police. He was also a Troop Leader for local Boy Scout Troop 195.

In his spare time Eric enjoyed playing hockey, working on boat regatta crews for the Rain Maker and Show Boat racing teams, traveling the U.S. And Canada to complete geocaches, and was a proud member of the North Star Sportsman Club of Hilton, NY. Eric is predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Helen; and his nephews, Kory and Brian. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra; children, Jessica, Melissa, and Aaron (Patti); grandchildren, Cami, Hunter, Jamie, Trey, and Alexis; siblings, Kurt (Wendy), Keith (Mary Ellen), and Tamra; sister-in-law, Lynn Fornabai; and many nieces and nephews.
