Obituary for Erica Lynn Poret Erica Lynn Poret passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at the age of 27. Beloved mother of Elizabeth, age 2, and Layla, age 1. Companion of Brian Henderson.

Daughter of Karen Poret (Michael Ortiz) and the late Eric Poret, Sr. Sister of Eric Poret, Jr. Niece of Kathy Perry and Lisa Byars. Granddaughter of the late Joseph Harold and Theresa Ducote. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Erica was a loving mother to her two beautiful daughters age 2 and 1. She was a lifelong resident of Avondale, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd.

, Marrero, LA on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday morning from 9am until 11am.
