Obituary for Evangelist Judy Outerbridge Williams Evangelist Judy Outerbridge Williams was born on May 11, 1960 in Bethel, North Carolina to Addie Lawrence Outerbridge and the late Jessie Outerbridge. Evangelist Williams was called home to be with the Lord on July 17, 2018. Evangelist Judy Williams attended Martin County Schools and she graduated from Roanoke High School in 1978.

While attending school she met her high school sweetheart, Samuel Williams, and they were married on Dec 19, 1982. Through this union they had three children, Samuel Williams II, Patrice Williams, and Ramon Williams. Evangelist Williams took great pride in being a wife and mother, and her home was her first ministry.

Evangelist Judy Williams gave her life to Christ early in her marriage and loved telling people about Jesus and winning souls to Christ. She has served on several auxiliaries such as the Women’s Ministry and Praise and Worship, and she was a faithful servant of the Lord until her Heavenly Father called her home. Evangelist Judy Williams leaves to carry on her memories, her husband, Elder Samuel Williams; oldest son, Samuel Williams II, only daughter, Patrice Williams Simmons (Tiyon), and son, Ramon Williams; two granddaughters, Jada & Breanna Simmons in whom she loved dearly; her mother, Addie Outerbridge; three sisters, Queenie Speller (Ernest), Maybell Outerbridge, and Alice Blow; five brothers, Jesse Outerbridge (Delma), Frank J. Outerbridge (Linda), Gene Outerbridge, Bobby Outerbridge, and Jeremiah Outerbridge; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
