Robersonville, NC Mrs. Nan Cherry Bowman, age 97, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at her home in Robersonville, NC. She was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Robersonville, NC. Survivors include her husband, Ulric M. Bowman of Robersonville, NC; a step-son, George Anthony Bowman of Las Vegas, NV; a brother, Joseph A. Cherry, Jr. of Richmond, VA; and a sister, Sally Cherry Webster of Bronx, NY.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Robersonville, NC. Her funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Robersonville, NC with Pastor Bobby Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Cherry Family Cemetery in Hassell, NC.
