Obituary Service Details Evelyn Kelly, age 98, of Millstadt, IL, born on December 14, 1919 in East St. Louis, IL, died on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing, Farmington, MO. Evelyn retired as a secretary at Western Electric Company. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Michael and Bertha, nee Neuhaus, Kellly; her sister, Mildred Schirmer; and her niece, Carolyn (Joseph) Braun.

Evelyn is survived by her great niece, Teri B. Castleberry of FL, and her great nephew, Joseph A. (Laurie) Braun of MO. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Kassly Mortuary, Fairview Heights, IL with Pastor Hal Santos officiating.
