Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ruby Bailey; and a sister, Vada Stewart. Phyllis was survived by her children, Richard (LaRene) KinKade of Fairview Heights, IL, Gary (Kathy) KinKade of Cool, CA, Kelley KinKade of Coquille, OR, Michael (Joanna) Weston of Morgan Hill, CA, Debra (Dan) Gorman of North Bewnd, OR, David ( Adrienne) Schweitzer Milwaukie, OR and Kathlene Thurman of Summerset, SD; 23 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a sister, Edwin Bailey.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
