Faldo “Giovanni” Coppa, 86, formerly of Mamaroneck passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren on March 22, 2019. He was born August 25, 1932 in Malvito, Cosenza, Italy to the late Gustavo and Emilia Raffa Coppa. He was raised and educated in Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1975.

Mr. Coppa was a retired landscaper for Vincenzo Coppa Landscaping in White Plains, NY. He was a parishioner of St. Vito’s Church in Mamaroneck. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Mr. Coppa is survived by his beloved wife Maria Perfetto Coppa, sons Gustavo Coppa (Angela) of Port Chester and Vincenzo Coppa (Rosa) of White Plains and daughter Emanuela Bianco (Mike) of West Harrison, brothers Francesco and Beniamino Coppa both of Malvito, Italy, grandchildren Giovanni Coppa, Maria Caruso, Luigi Bianco, Giuseppe Coppa, Giulia Paterra, Gessica Roviezzo and Daniela Coppa, great grandchildren Adriana, Nico, Vincenzo, Eddie, Mariella and Agostino. He was predeceased by his brothers Michele and Luigi Coppa and sisters Giulietta Formoso and Maria Coppa. Visitation will be 5-9PM on Monday March 25, 2019 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. 40 Leicester St. Port Chester, NY.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10AM on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at St. Roch Church 10 St. Roch Ave. Greenwich, Ct. Entombment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Rye Brook, NY.
