Fernando Fernandez, 63, was called by the Lord on December 23, 2018 surrounded by his family. Mr. Fernandez was an avid carpenter for 51 years, he spent most of his days doing what he loved. At just the age of 12 years old he built his own house together with his brothers.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luis Fernandez and Santos Gonzalez. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Emma Leticia Fernandez, children: Fernando (Nadia) Fernandez Jr., Arturo (Linda) Fernandez, Daniel (Erika) Fernandez, and Andres (Priscilla) Fernandez; 10 grandchildren, siblings: Enriqueta Treviso, Juan (Francisca) Fernandez, Betzabeth Gonzalez, Alfredo Fernandez, Jose Luis (Martha) Fernandez, Guadalupe Resendez, Luisa Isela Fernandez, and Luis Angel Fernandez, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
