Flora M. Ireland, 78, of Delphos, passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at The Meadows of Delphos. She was born August 1, 1940, to Ransford and Myrtle Skidgel. They both preceded her in death.

She was united in marriage to Mallard Ireland on February 4, 1960; he preceded her in death on January 20, 2012. He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl (Bruce) Wessel of Delphos and Susan (Russell) Dyer of Westfield, Maine; four sons, Keith (Leslie) Ireland of Decatur, TN, Ernest “Robie” Ireland of Delphos, Kevin (Susan) Ireland of Cripple Creek, CO, and Randy Ireland of Lima; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her special companion, Paxton.

She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Flora was a home maker and a 1959 high school graduate. She loved to read, work word puzzles, playing cards and family feud, but most importantly she loved having Sunday supper with her family.

At her request there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Health Professionals of Delphos.
