Obituary for Florence Visnich (Schilinski) Florence Schilinski Visnich, 89 of Slovan, died Friday, April 20, 2018 in her home. She was born December 22, 1928 in Slovan, a daughter of the late Thomas and Sophia McNatch Schilinski. Mrs. Visnich was a 1946 graduate of Union High School, Burgettstown.

She was employed at the Washington County Courthouse for 12 years, worked for Smith Township for 45 years, where she retired in March, 1998. Mrs. Visnich was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Burgettstown. On June 10, 1949, she married Theodore Visnich, who survives.

Also surviving are her children, Diana Lynn Haley of Slovan, her son, Randal (Tracy) Visnich of Slovan, her brother, Thomas (Pat) Schilinski of Slovan, her grandchildren, Brian Haley, Michael (Bonita) Haley, and Jessica (Anthony) Florian, her great-grandchild, Alexandra Haley, and many nieces and nephews.
