Obituary for Florene Billingsley Parker Florene Billingsley Parker, age 94 of Searcy, formerly of Palestine, Arkansas, died Friday May 25, 2018 in Searcy. She was born August 14, 1923 in Palestine, Arkansas to Claude and Fannie Billingsley. She was a home maker and a member of First Baptist Church in Judsonia.

She is survived by one son, Dale Parker and wife Ginger of Searcy; one daughter, Pati Casebier and husband Jimmy of Harrisburg; five grandchildren, Jody Parker and wife Mandy of Wichita, Kansas, Angela Vaughn and husband Shawn of Hot Springs, Jamie Griebel and husband James of Cabot, Matt Parker and wife Lindsey of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Kristen Tiger and husband Chris of St. Louis, Missouri; one sister, Dean Parker and husband John Henry of Palestine; and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Fannie Billingsley; husband, Elmer “Bake” Parker; infant daughter, Debbie Parker; and six siblings. Visitation is Saturday from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at Powell Funeral Home.

Graveside funeral services are Sunday at 2:00 pm at Bell Cemetery in Palestine. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church in Judsonia in her memory.
