OBITUARY Florene Walker Armistead March 1, 1933 – November 19, 2018 Florene Walker Armistead was born March 1, 1933 and passed away November 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Elizabeth Walker and James Swaney Walker; husband, James Kenneth Armistead, Sr.; and siblings, James Melvin Walker, Richard Walker, Oris Walker and Walter William Walker. Florene is survived by her children, Clorinda (Tom) Blackwell, James Kenneth (Lorali) Armistead, Jr. and DeJuana (Terry) Hoskins; grandchildren, Ashley (Eric) Parker, Aimee (Oliver) Gaba, Sheila Hoskins Blackwood, Brittnie (Joel) Hale, Tiger (Lauren) Hoskins, and Savanna Armistead; great-grandchildren, Megan Sircy, Kaylei Gaba, Peyton Gaba, Tyne Parker, Addy Parker, Brilie Hoskins, Destynie Jones, Skylar Hale, Paisley Hale, Lakin Hoskins, Walker Hoskins, Kacey Wolfe, Lacey Wolfe.

Visitation will be held Mon. Nov. 26, 2018 from 3pm until 8pm at Hermitage Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held Tues. Nov. 27, 2018 at 2 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home with visitation from 12pm until 2pm.

Interment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Tiger Hoskins, Joel Hale, Roger Armistead, David Armistead, Larry Walker, Oliver Gaba, Eric Parker, and Peyton Gaba.
