Floy Smothers – Zipse June 15, 1939 – February 10, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Mrs. Floy Smothers Zipse, 79, of Huntingdon passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Sellers officiating the service.

Interment will follow in Christian Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service. Mrs. Zipse was born June 15, 1939 to the late Bennett Bush and George Ann (Kee) Bush.

She had retired from the Brown Shoe Company. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Gene Smothers, her second husband, Rolland Zipse, her daughter, Janice Kyle, three sisters and four brothers. She is survived by two sons, Tim Smothers, of Huntingdon, and Dwayne Smothers of Atlanta Georgia, one brother, Willie Bush, of McKenzie, five grandchildren, Brandy Kyle, Joseph Kyle, Jacquelyn Kyle, Chasity Smothers and Andrew Smothers, and ten great-grandchildren.
