Floyd’s Obituary Floyd M. Thompson Born in the Iowa family farm home, September 11, 1918; died in his Corcoran, Minnesota home, March 29, 2019. Known as Floyd, Merle, Tommy, Tom Thompson and Mister Tom. He was a Navy veteran, cancer survivor, faithful servant/steward, self-educated, inventor, mentor, business owner.

An adventurous man, grateful member of the Twelve-step program, his wife’s spiritual oak, son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and friend. Survived by his wife, Glenda. Memorial Service 11 am Saturday, April 6 with visitation 1 hour prior at Immanuel United Methodist Church, 10025 County Road 101, Corcoran.

Private burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Immanuel United Methodist Church, Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital Hospice Program or the National WWII Museum. And So Job Died, An Old Man and Full Of Years.
