OBITUARY Forrest Wayne Shuford October 8, 1961 – November 28, 2018 Forrest W. Shuford, 57, went home to be with his Lord and family Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Forrest was born in Charleston, SC, October 8, 1961 a son of the late George L. Shuford and Mary Kennedy Shuford. He was a graduate of Ledford Senior High School, D.C.C.C.

, and High Point University with multiple B.A. degrees. Forrest was a loving and devoted son, brother and friend. He was preceded in death by his brother, Douglas Shuford.

Forrest was of the Methodist faith. Surviving are two sisters, Linda Shuford Myers and her husband Paul and Brenda Gail Fisher; two brothers, David and Reggie Shuford; three nieces, Yvonne Myers, Jennifer and Regina Shuford; and great niece and nephews and cousins; special friend, Sissy Burton England. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Davis Funeral Home.

Burial at Floral Garden will be private. Memorials may be directed to the charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be made at davisfuneralsandcremations.
