Visitation will be Friday, June 1, 2018 from 11:AM until 12:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Ms. Orr died on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY.

She was born October 3, 1942 to Phillip Meneese Orr and Helen Hill Orr. She was director of Eastern Kentucky University’s Small Business Development Center until her retirement. She graduated from Morgan County High School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University.
