Visitation will be Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mrs. Shelton died on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Madison Manor Nursing & Rehab. Center.

She was born March 28, 1934, in Cullman County to James Arthur Tankersley and Ella Mae Tankersley. She was a Designer for the C.F. Flag Company in Huntsville for 35 1/2 years prior to her retirement and was an amatuer photographer. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter: Tina Shelton and a Brother: Charles Tankersley.

Survivors include : her Husband, Asa Dean Shelton, Harvest, AL One Son: Donnie Pinkard (Sharron), McCalla, AL One Grandchild: Matthew Pinkard, McCalla, AL Two Nieces: Kay Lemmond and Carol Sequin One Nephew: Terry Tankersley Pallbearers will be Jerry Lemmond, Kris Seguin, J.P.
