Frances K. Hartley A memorial service for Frances K. Hartley, 75, will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Sardis Baptist Church in Swansea, SC. Mrs. Hartley passed away December 20, 2018. Born in Orangeburg County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Frances Rouke Kemmerlin.

She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church of Swansea and a seamstress for many years. Mrs. Frances was a loving mother, grandmother, and G-G, as referred to by her great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters; Dianne H. Binks and Angela Ott (Eddie), grandchildren; Kimberley Drafts, Robert Ryan Hartley (Heather), Samuel Edward “Ed” Ott (Keeley), and Julia Frances Ott, great-grandchildren; Aaliyah and Madison Drafts, Jade, Shanea, and Amber Justice, Cooper and Claire Hartley, and sister, Lucretia Pate.

She was pre-deceased by her husband; Robert L. H. Hartley, daughter; Robin Hartley, grandchild; Kary “KK” Drafts, and sister; Mattie Spires. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Dialysis Center for taking special care of Frances whom she appreciated very much.
