She was a loving wife and mother. Many memories were made at their annual family vacations to Van Buren, Arkansas to spend time at Horesehead Lake. Frances is preceded in death by her parents Herman and Lucille Barlow; and her daughters, Marcia Rae Roberts and Lydia Diane Ruiz.
