OBITUARY Minnie Evelyn Spray January 31, 1933 – November 7, 2018 Minnie Evelyn Brown Spray, 85, passed into eternal rest on November 7, 2018. She was born January 31, 1933 to parents Lina and Raymond Brown in Greenville, Texas. Minnie was a loving wife and mother that raised not only her children, but two of her grandchildren, Kim and Jerry.

She was a homemaker and caregiver, caring for family and friends; making sure those around her were happy and well cared for, so they could achieve anything. Minnie loved to shop with Aunt Laverne and “the Avon Lady”. Coca cola was her passion and she loved to vacation in Branson and Hawaii.

Minnie was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bo Spray; daughter Evelyn Spray; great-grandson Robbie Little; and two brothers Earl Brown and Clifford Brown. Left to cherish her memories are daughters: Lola Spray, Margie Burks and husband Don; grandchildren: Kim, Jerry, Tanya Null and husband Curtis, Donny, Ronny; great-grandchildren: Madison and husband Riley, Katelyn, Brooke, Travis, Kailey, Jonah, Alettra, Raylin; great-great-grandchildren: Mason, Zoey; sister Margaret Macaluso and brother Johnny Brown and special, life-long friend of more than 60 years, Laverne Skinner. Family will receive friends for services at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 on Saturday, November 10, 2018.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the funeral beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
