OBITUARY Frances Roughton Riddick November 9, 1919 – November 24, 2018 RIDDICK, Frances Roughton, 99, passed away November 24th, 2018. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Taking care of her home and family was always priority for her.

Frances excelled at cooking and baking. Her Christmas deserts delighted all who were fortunate to partake of them. She was a longtime member of Seminole Heights United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 siblings, infant granddaughter, and Edward Mills Riddick, her beloved husband of 78 years. Frances is survived by her only child; son James Lee Riddick and wife Katriena, granddaughter Jina Lee Riddick, nieces, nephews and extended family. A graveside service will be conducted 11 am, Friday, November 30, 2018 at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4207 E. Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
