She was a long-time resident of Monterey Park. Frances will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Sharon (Richard) Ito, and son Steven Kino, grandchildren Ryan (Kimberly) Ito and Kristy (Darryl) Shiraishi, and great-grandchildren, Austin and Avery Ito, and Bradley Shiraishi.

A private family service was held on January 11, 2019, at Rose Hills Cemetery. The family has requested no koden.
