Obituary for Frances V. Bulinski Utica – Frances V. Bulinski, 93, passed away after having spent the day with her beloved daughters, Lori and Donna on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Sitrin Health Care Center. Frances was born on November 27, 1925, in Whitesboro, the daughter of George and Victoria (Laska) Sas. She was a graduate of UFA.

On May 18, 1957, Frances married Joseph N. Bulinski in Holy Trinity Church, a union of 33 years prior to his death in 1990. Frances was employed in food service with the Central New York Psychiatric Center, Marcy. She was a lifelong member of Holy Trinity Church and a member of the West Side Senior Center and Yorkville Seniors.

Frances was a respected mother and grandmother who lived life to the fullest. An avid crocheter, she taught people to crochet right up to the end of her life. Frances loved to pass time playing cards, bingo, and reading, especially her favorite Sandra Brown books.

When she was younger, Frances enjoyed bowling also. Bus trips were her passion, taking as many as she possibly could. Surviving are her daughters, Lori LaBuz, Whitesboro and Donna Dwyer, Utica; grandson, Daniel LaBuz and several nieces and nephews.

Frances was predeceased by two sons-in-law, Rudy LaBuz and Jerry Dwyer; siblings, Adela, Joseph, and Edward. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow visitation at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Yorkville.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Frances’ name may be made to Holy Trinity Church Memorial Fund. Envelopes will be available at the Mass. The Bulinski family extends their gratitude to Sitrin Health Care Hawthorn House, especially Katherine, Linda, Theresa, Doreen and Ashley for the compassionate care provided to Frances.
