Francis A. Brown, age 74, of Princeton, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018. He was born on April 20, 1944, in Milwaukee, WI. For twenty one and a half years Fran worked as a tool and die maker for Artos Engineering in New Berlin, WI.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Fran enjoyed handcrafting rifle stocks. He loved to hunt and visit with his family and friends.

Fran is survived by his loving daughter, Sara Jankowski of Princeton; grandchildren, Matthew and Emily Jankowski; loving niece, Debra Lighthart; sister, Linda Dahrens of Brownville, Oregon; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gerald Turley; and sister, Colene Buda. A celebration of life for Fran will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Wachholz and Sons Funeral Home, 303 Harvard St., in Princeton.

Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery in Princeton.
