Obituary for Francis C. O’Neill Print Francis C. O’Neill, age 85 of Millsboro, Delaware died February 10, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Phila. , and resided in Millsboro for the past 3 years and previously of Levittown and Croydon.

He was employed as a Truck Driver and retired after 20+ years of service. Beloved husband of the late Betty Jane (nee Parkinson), and father of the late Kathleen O’Neill and the late Ronald MacMurray. He will be sadly missed by his children; Maureen Schuyler (Jack), Colleen Brusius (Rodger), Francis Jr., Richard MacMurray (Babs) and Diane Cusate (Peter).
