Francis “Frank” E. Fisher, Jr., of the Town of Newburgh, and longtime area resident, entered into rest on Monday, October 1, 2018. He was 66. Son of the late Francis E. and Helen (Armstrong) Fisher, Sr., he was born on February 10, 1952 in Mt.

Vernon, NY. Francis was a retired yardman for the Town of Beekman Recreation Department retiring in 2014. Survivors include three daughters, Christine (Richard) Clark of FL, Tracy Fisher (Kieran Puckhaber) of TX and Vickie (Michael) Scott of the Town of Newburgh; former wife, Alice Coleman of FL; three brothers, John Kimberlin of Cuddebackville, NY, Joseph Fisher of New Rochell and James Armstrong of Highland; eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Francis was predeceased by a brother, Richard Fisher. Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm at the Garrison Fish and Game Club, 183 South Highland Road, Garrison, NY 10524.
