Frank E. J. ‘Jeff’ Miller, 73, of Brevard, NC passed away from complications of dementia on October 25, 2018 in his home surrounded by family. He was born on November 3, 1944 in Ft. Jackson, SC to Frank E.J. Miller, Sr. and Mary Carlyn Blackmon Miller.

In addition to his parents, Jeff is preceded in death by his wife, Jane Sims Miller. He was a retired local business owner and a gentle soul. Jeff loved golf, was a family man and a prankster.

He is survived by his daughters, Shannon Fischer of Brevard, NC and Kelly Radford (Martin) of Asheville, NC; brother, Stanley Miller (Jane) of Ft. McCoy, FL; grandchildren, Jacob Radford (Julia) of Charleston, SC, Jackson Fischer of Raleigh, NC, Abigail Radford Pearce (Max) of Boone, NC and Summer Fischer of Asheville, NC; and his dog, Sadie. Jeff will be buried at the Blue Ridge Garden of Memory in Pisgah Forest, NC at a private service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org. Now you can take sweet deep breaths and say hi to Mom for us.
