Obituary for Frank Patrick Conlon Frank Patrick Conlon (Patrick) Patrick Conlon passed away peacefully on May 9, 2018 near his seasonal home in Sarasota, FL at the age of 92. His devoted wife of over 62 years, Sylvia May Conlon, was at his bedside. Patrick spent his adult life in Livonia, NY, where he worked for the Security Trust Company before becoming an Executive Bank Examiner for the State of New York.
He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, stationed at Norfolk, VA and Jacksonville, FL before graduating with a business degree from the University of Buffalo. He is also survived by his sister, Katherine, five children: Diane Holmes (Chip Widener), Charles, James (Karen), Paul and Robert (Eileen) Conlon. As well as, ten loving grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Katherine Remmel Conlon and brother Thomas of Geneseo, NY. A private service for the family is planned later this summer. Patrick was a parishioner at St. Joseph’s and St. Matthews Catholic churches in Livonia, and St. Martha’s and St. Denny’s in Sarasota.
