Frank Rosengarn, 53 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019 at his home. Frank was born on July 15, 1965 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of Martin and Gloria Montgomery Rosengarn. He worked with his father in construction, was a Hamm Radio Operator, enjoyed fishing and watching movies.

Survivors include his sister, Gloria Shoemaker and her husband Keith of Jeffersonville, IN; niece, April Rosengarn of Charleston, SC; nephew, Christopher Shoemaker and his wife Alex of Jeffersonville, IN; great-nieces, Mia Shoemaker and expecting soon Camille Shoemaker. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Martin Rosengarn II. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday until the time of services.
