Mannuzza, 95, who was a lifelong Linden resident, passed away on January 31, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visitation in the Werson Funeral Home, 635 North Wood Avenue in Linden on Tuesday, February 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, February 6th at 10 am at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in Linden.

Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden. Frank was born to Stephen and Teresa Mannuzza in 1923. He graduated High School and proudly served his country in the Navy.

He received 2 letters of commendation and Good Conduct Ribbon, Asiatic Pacific Ribbon 6 stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon 2 stars, American Theater Ribbon and the Victory Ribbon. He graduated with a Bachelors from Pace University and was a CPA in his accounting firm Frank S. Mannuzza & Co. located in Clark. He married his sweetheart Tana (Merlo) Mannuza in 1949.

Frank was a member of many clubs and organizations, the Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Knight, Union County Chapter of CPA’s, the Linden Economic Development Committee, St. Elizabeth Church Council, Linden Board of Education, Suburban Golf Club, Roselle Golf Club and the American Legion. He enjoyed golfing, coin collecting, painting and keeping his beloved Tana on her toes dancing. Frank was predeceased by his son Stephen, brother Anthony (Nino) Mannuzza and sister Carmela DiMaggio.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tana (Merlo) Mannuzza, his dear daughters, Vicki Colasuonno and her husband Richard, Francine Figaro and her husband Frank, his sister, Santina Breen, his precious grandchildren, Joseph, Frank and Arianna Colasuonno. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory would be appreciated.
