Obituary of Frank Clark Frank E. Clark Jr. of Newburgh, N.Y., died on April 15, 2018 in Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center. He was 82. The son of the late Frank and Elvira Clark he was born on June 29, 1935 in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Frank was a veteran of the Korean War and was retired from IBM in Fishkill, New York. Survivors include his three children: Angelina Clark of Maryland; Jacqueline Champion of South Carolina and Frank E. Clark III and his wife Vilma of South Carolina. His sisters Patricia Clark of Pennsylvania and June Clark of New Mexico.

His brothers Donald Clark of Ohio, Philip Clark of Tennessee and Joseph Clark of Newburgh, N.Y. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Visitation hours will be held on Thursday April 19, 2018 from 11 A.M.-12 Noon at the Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 107 Murray Ave.

Goshen, N.Y. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 19, 2018 at 12 Noon at the Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. 845-294-5311 or www.
