Franklin D. Wells, loving husband, father and grandpa, passed away at home on November 3, 2018 at the age of 82. Frank was born February 6, 1936 in Grand Ledge, MI, son of Nathan and Helen (Hayes) Wells Sr He was retired from General Motors, Experimental Engineering; wintered in Lazy River, FL, and enjoyed spending time at Rainbow Lake.

Frank was an avid deer hunter, enjoyed traveling, and loved spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his son Franklin Wells, daughter Darcy Cypher; 2 brothers Nathan Wells Jr. and Charles Wells, 3 sisters: Barbara Shaw, Dorothy Schieberl and Lucile Alford.

Funeral services will be held at Peters & Murray Funeral Home, Grand Ledge on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., with interment to follow at Wacousta Cemetery, Watertown Twp. , Clinton County. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Sparrow Hospice or American Heart Assoc. Online condolences may be shared at www.
