Franklin Dale Sullivan, 77, husband of 43 years to Debora Elizabeth Sullivan, of Lawrenceburg, died Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Baptist Health in Lexington. He was born in Lexington, KY to the late Jesse Franklin and Clara Elizabeth Bowman Sullivan. Frank was a US Navy Veteran and spent most of his life as a master plumber and certified HVAC technician.

He was currently employed by Fayette Plumbing, Heating and Air where he worked for 31+ years. When he wasn’t working he enjoyed spending his time studying genealogy and working puzzles such as crossword or Sudoku. Along with his wife he is survived by 5 children, Eric Kevin (Tina) Sullivan, Cynthiana, Darrell Franklin (Jackie) Sullivan, Versailles, Jesse Glen Sullivan, Frankfort, Elizabeth Sullivan Arnold and Anthony Wayne Sullivan, both of Lawrenceburg; one brother, Darell (Suzanne) Sullivan, of Frankfort; two sisters, Marilyn (Chuck) Price, of Lawrenceburg, and Sandy (Milton) Matzke, of Florida; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Sullivan was preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Hall. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Gash Memorial Chapel with Pastor Thomas Lawton Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery with military honors.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. on Friday. Casket bearers will be Chuck Price, Robert Geiser, Jordan Arnold, Tony Sullivan, Kevin Sullivan, Darrell Sullivan, Jay Sullivan, and Benjamin Sullivan. Honorary bearers will be the grandchildren.
