Franklin G. Sanger, 67, of Tremont, formerly of Etters died Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. A Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War, he enjoyed collecting Lighthouses and coffee cups, playing the guitar and singing. He was born August 6, 1950 in York Haven to the late Norman and Raejean Flo (Frye) Sanger.

He was also preceded in death by his step-son, Richard Fisher. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth A. (Amsbaugh) Sanger of Goldsboro;… Read More » five step-children, Barry Amsbaugh of Orangeburg, SC, Barbara Leonard of Etters, Stanley Fisher of Titusville, FL, Edward Fisher of Havelock, NC, and Ryan Fisher of New Cumberland; a sister Charlene Miller of Bellefonte, and a brother Lester Rocky of Vermont; several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Private interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Hanover Twp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 897, Hershey, PA 17033.
