Freda Esther Sharp August 25, 1928 – January 07, 2019 Share this obituary Local Florists Upload Photo| View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences Freda Esther Sharp nee Booth, 90, of Brick, passed away peacefully at home on January 7, 2019. She was born in Carbondale, PA to Fred and Ruth Booth. She and her husband Robert Walker Sharp moved to Point Pleasant in 1960 and lived there until they moved to Brick 15 years ago.

Freda was a member of the Laurelton Art Society and a prolific watercolor artist. She was a member of the Greenbriar computer and technology club and enjoyed playing tennis. Freda loved the theatre and listening to jazz music.

Freda was predeceased by her husband Robert Walker Sharp and her four sisters Louise, Beatrice, Mary and Karen. She is survived by her children Brian Sharp and his wife Mary of Rotondo West, FL, Warren Sharp and his wife Stephanie of Brick, NJ and Robin Sharp of Point Pleasant; her brother David Booth of Michigan, and her 3 grandchildren Brian, Alexander and Matthew. In honoring Freda’s wishes, there will be no viewing.

Cremation will be private. Laurelton Memorial Funeral Home in Brick is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity.
