Gloria was born in Newark, NJ on September 12, 1922 to the late Salvatore and Josephine DeLuca. Gloria was a homemaker for most of her life and devoted her time to raising her children.

During her leisure time, Gloria enjoyed reading and visiting Atlantic City. She is preceded in death by her husband the late Andrew Prosper in 2005 and by her son-in-law Robert F. Sheridan in 2011. Gloria is survived by her children, Jacqueline Prosper of Lakewood, Laura G. Sheridan of Brick, and Charles Prosper of Sacramento, CA.

By the request of the family, all services are private. Colonial Funeral Home in Brick Township is overseeing the arrangements. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers can be made in Gloria’s honor to the American Lung association by visiting www.
