Fitzsimmons Thomas, 70 of Brick passed away Monday February 11, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Edison before moving to Brick 19 years ago. Cheryl worked for the United States Post Office in Edison, NJ as well as for Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton.

She was predeceased by her parents James and Gladys Fitzsimmons and her brother Glenn. Surviving is her wife Sally Wilkinson; her son B.J. Thomas and his wife Kelly, two sisters Lori Meehan and Susan Vellek, and two grandsons Zachary and Aiden. A memorial gathering will be held Friday February 15, 2019 from 4:00- 8:00 PM at Laurelton Memorial Funeral Home, 109 Pier Ave at Route 70, Brick.

Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in her memory would be appreciated.
