FREDERICK’s Obituary Frederick Newton Dudley of Palm Bay, Florida 32909, passed away after short illness on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Fred was born July 13, 1930, the son of Author & Flora Belle Dudley in Carbondale Colorado. Fred was a 30 year Navy Veteran and served in World War II, Korean and Vietnam war and received a purple heart while maintaining peace for our country.

He then went on to work for the Virginia DMV Department and also the Virginia State police. He was a Brevard County Fire/Rescue Volunteer where he met his wife. He is survived by his wife, Linda M. Dudley of 20 years of Palm Bay, Florida; a brother-in-law, Stephen Garrett of Micco, Florida; sister-in-law, Patricia Sotis of Connecticut; a daughter, Tracy Weinstein of Richmond, VA; son-in-law, Craig Weinstein of Richmond, VA.

He has two living sisters both of Virginia, Ms. Martha Clark and Ms. Virginia Ridge. A stepdaughter, Deborah Kirby Mabie of Virginia, several nieces, nephews and a abundance of friends. At request of the deceased, cremation is requested.

Memorial donations may be made to American Heart, Alzheimer’s Association, Brevard County Fire/Rescue Services, Attention: Fire Chief, 1040 South Florida Ave. , Rockledge, Florida 32955 He was predeceased by his parents, former wife Peggy Sue Dudley and a brother Edward Dudley.
