Obituary for Gail A. Kavanagh Gail A. Kavanagh, age 59, of West Haven passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 29, 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital. For 39 years, she was the loving wife of William Kavanagh Sr. Gail was born in New Haven, daughter of Frances Sparano Ciancola of West Haven and the late Charles Ciancola. Devoted mother, she is survived by her sons William (Jessica) Kavanagh Jr. of Niantic, Joseph (Diana) Kavanagh of Milford and Marc (Rachel) Kavanagh of West Haven, her three granddaughters Camilla, Violet and Nora, her sister Janet Ciancola of West Haven and many nieces and nephews.

Gail was predeceased by her sister Donna Adams. The hours for visitation will be Friday from 4-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday morning at 10am in Orange Center Cemetery.
