Gary Albert Kurzeja (61) of Mission Viejo, California formerly of Barrington, Illinois passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 7th. 2018. He is survived by his mother, Josephine of Barrington; daughters, Catherine, Elizabeth and Joelle, as well as a son, Samuel, all of Mission Viejo.

He is also survived by a brother, Wayne (Dr.Lou), of Barrington Hills. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley, and a brother, Ronald. Gary owned and operated the Screen Wear Corporation in Elk Grove Village for almost 40 years.

There will be a memorial mass in his honor at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 120 Ela St. (Corner of Franklin and Ela Streets), Barrington on Saturday, June 30th, at 11:00 am. A funeral was previously held in California.
