A memorial visitation for Nicholas Chase Hildreth, age 26, of Lake Zurich will be held at 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m., Saturday June 23, 2018 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 South Old Rand Rd. , Lake Zurich IL 60047. Interment will be private.

Nicholas was born May 7, 1992 in Park Ridge and passed away peacefully June 16, 2018 at his home. He was a 2010 graduate of Lake Zurich High School where he played Football and Lacrosse. He also enjoyed golf, camping, fishing and music.

Nicholas is survived by his parents Thomas and Brenda (nee Zari) Hildreth; brother, Chad; sister, Katie; Aunt, Karen (Robert) Hlavin; and cousins, Mika and Corey Hlavin. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Richard and Emma Hildreth and maternal grandparents, Lido and Irene Zari. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nicholas’ name to The Salvation Army, 5040 N. Pulaski Rd.
