OBITUARY Gary “G.L.” L. Smith April 24, 1978 – October 25, 2018 Gary Lamar (L.G.) Smith, 40, of Cartersville, GA passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 surrounded by his loving friends and family. Gary was a loving, Joyful and Caring man. He loved to fish and always had a smile on his face.

He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Gary is preceded in death by his grandparents; Perry Arp, Taylor and Evelyn Smith, William Richard and Hariett Reagan all of Cartersville. Gary is survived by his loving partner of 3 years, Sandy Bonds, son, William Perry Tyler Smith, parents, Winfred and Betty Reagan, biological father, Joe Smith, brother, Jeremy Smith, step siblings; Johnny Reagan and Elissa Holly of Cartersville, children of the heart, Brittanie and Logan Bonds half brothers; Jonathan and Jeffrey Smith of Chatsworth, and grandchild of the heart, Kylee Hayes, many nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles also survive.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted Monday, October 29, 2018 at three o’clock in the afternoon in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Howard officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be: Paul Beavers, Clay Carpenter, Allen Brock, Logan Bonds, Jason Mulkey, Dan Martin and Will Martin.

Interment will follow the service in the Center Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Owen Funeral Home Monday, October 29, 2018 from one o’clock in the afternoon until the service hour. Please visit www.
